Since the No.7 Summer treats (the ones you get free if you spend £12) go throught the till at £0.00, do you think if you tried to buy them without buying a No.7 product they'd still go through free? Anyone tried?

Or if that didn't work, would you be able to get more than 2 free with your £12+ No.7 product, if the SA didn't notice?

Today I got No7 Suncare Set £24.50 (free with Parenting Voucher) and 4 free Summer Treats!

Does anyone know how refund/exchange works on 3 for 2 items?
Oh, the same question is bothering me - bought some treats for my hair, and although the Boots adviser helped me to choose "the right product", it irritated my scalp  What a shame - I took 3 bottles of it and 1 of them are 1/3 used  Starlite, good luck, and please, let us know, how is it working?

starlite if it literally made baby sick i would have thought u should be able to get refund if u tell them that, sort of like returning cosmetics u had allergic reaction to. phone customer services & ask then return one at a time. let us know how u get on. hope baby is ok now.

Had a 500 points for £25 baby spend and £5 off for spend off £25.

The 500 points was in the baby summer leaflet in store - think it was near baby section and £5 off £25 spend was voucher from new store opening.

    Hi all..
re. the three for two..they said they would refund if I brought back at least two of the products..argh!

I'm tempted to buy an extra one and return the two so at least I get a little money back..

  • i was in Boots today and decided to get some disposable razors and printed out the voucher from the ACM. I got the 31 basic ones but voucher would not go through, SA went to talk to another SA came back and said that she thought it would not work because it was for mens razors..sure enough at the very bottom of the voucher in minute print it said IN MENS SECTION!!!!
didn't have time to find out why but what is going on here??!

Shoperholicnot: Just to let you know that I too bought the razors for 31p(BOGOF of course); the voucher went through okay but did not add the points on. Sure enough the SA went to ask another SA and mentioned the 'Mens Section' printed on bottom of voucher - did not seem to matter - she added them manually.

Anyhow, on the razors themselves - it does not state or give any indication that they are meant for men or girls!!! In fact, they are blue and not pink so you could use that argument!!!!

It is not valid on the small travel size products, only the full size products.

starlite, I have managed to return a single item that I bought on 3 for 2 in the past. It depends on the SA and how closely they look at the receipt. I even returned 3 things on 3 for 2 once, and the cashier refunded me for all 3 of them!
