Hi Martfox, just replying to your post of yesterday. I agree about the Hanley Boots - sometimes very good, helpful etc. I was a bit miffed about the 150pt voucher not working for the 31p razors, but didn't feel like calling for the manager or anything over it - needed the razors anyway. I know in principle I was right - no mention of which razors on the voucher. Martfox, I often find the machine 'is not working' on Saturdays - how about you?Weight loss - here we go again - watch this space!

I phoned customer services just now to report the Woking store to them. They said I should never have been refused an exchange and would be have a word with the store manager to put them straight.0 -
Does anyone know how refund/exchange works on 3 for 2 items?
I bought some omega 3 oil for our baby, but it made him literally sick (and tasting it I can see why!) but being an idiot I have opened two of the bottles..
If I return the one unopened one will they give me 1/3 of the price of 2 back, or just refuse altogether?
I wouldn't bother, but they were £7.99 each..eek!Membre Of Teh Misspleing Culb0 -

Thank you to those that posted the original razor-voucher item.
Picked up a voucher this morning, the store only had the 90p pack of cheapy blades, so a 60p profit is a good start being the first time we have used the ACM, sorry just learning the TLAs.
FYI I paid the 90p by credit card, no grief from the SA, processed the voucher and showed the points on my card.
I have a question.
The vouchers I printed at the ACM all stated "Valid Today Only", is this normal?
What can I do if the store does not has the promoted item/s in stock?
Can I get the voucher date extended - reprinted?

I bought the 31p Basic Razors today on BOGOF and the SA accapted the voucher. However the points didnt go on so check your receipt
It only printed the voucher off once for meRe-embracing the Money Saving Way of Life after a little lapse!0 -

This is usual. You can only get them reprinted if the ACM lets you. I once used a voucher from a bigger store in a different smaller one that doesn't have the ACM machines and the woman at the till kindly tried it for me despite the 2 people she asked saying "no" - and it did work.0 -

Another point, though, is whether you can return a bottle of omega oil, it's a medicine, isn't it (although not a prescription one, obviously)
What's the use by date on it? Maybe you can keep it until your baby is a bit bigger? (Have to admit it, the stuff is vile but my 3-year-old likes it)

I tried it today and the points didn't go on either. I noticed before moving away from the till and queried it. Luckily the assistant just called his superior who over-rode the till and added the points. No fuss, no hassle! As you can imagine I walked out of the shop one very happy lady!0 -

I think they would refuse to return it, isn't it classed as medicine?Nevermind the dog, beware of the kids!0 -
