hi everyone, just a quick question that i am confident someone could be able to answer me -
my mum bought my nan some no7 uplifting night cream from boots for £16.00 but my nan doesnt like the no7 brand apparently (shes a bit fussy lol) so my mum wants to take it back. however she hasnt got the reciept, normally she would just leave it but as it was £16.00 she wants to have a go at returning it. do you think she stands much chance, i think she wud prefer credit vouchers (is this in the form of a gift card at boots???) so that my nan can choose her own
is this possible, as it isnt classed as cosmetics is it??
thanks for anyone who can answer0 -
If you dont have the reciept i would say the easiest thing is to say you bought it for her and she has told you she is unable to use it as she is allergic, i did this and got a gift card with the value of the make up on it.
Easy.

Reading this thread I thought I'd go in today and have a go! I purchased the usual things from the parenting treats booklet for a friend and got the free summer treats with it!
Tried to get the preg med on BOGOF but it wouldn't go through, neither would the free sensitive item range (although it says all baby toiltries on BOGOF)
I purchased a few things for myself, and the total before discounts were £48+ taken down to £16!! Which I paid for in vouchers from pigsback. Plus I printed off a 100 points coupon from the machine! I'm very happy! My friend has really sensitive skin, so said if the items aren't suitable, I can keep them!"I did then, what I knew then. And when I knew better, I did better"0 -

About two week ago on a saturday my husband returned two items from the No7 makeup range. That I had a reaction to. The amount was £15 and he got given that back in cash. And he only had a receipt for one item.
Not sure it was because she was saturday person or not.

Strnge. I remember, someone in this thread said that the voucher for free Boots sensitive baby product didn't work on BOGOF a month or two ago. After some weeks someone reported that bought 2 items and both went free. Tried it myself and it worked. Now you say that it doeasn't workDon't know what it depends on
Got another voucher for it (Boots send me 2 lots of these vouchers) and don't know - should I try it or no?
Is there anyone who tried it recently and it worked with BOGOF?
