Went to Boots in Oxford today for the razor glitch. Didn't find any 31p ones, but the 150 point voucher went through ok with 85p razors.
And they still had some of the free allergy packs left at the pharmacists till.0 -
I got a voucher from ACM for 50 points for any Smile toothbrush. The cheapest toothbrush I could find was 99p, so only 49p with the voucher.
Not a major bargain but still0 -

Until they change the wording on the voucher I would stick to your guns and insist they get a manager to check.
Its actually a better deal now..... today I got the basics razors BOGOF and the 150pts.0 -
Will they let us print the razor voucher more than once? Time to stock up on disposable razors!!0

I got it twice....didn't try more than that.0

debjay wrote:Can anyone help me? I bought 2 botanics 5 min hair masks on bogof with my parenting voucher thinking they both would be free but was charged £2.50. Also got voucher from ACM for free wetwipes. As they were on 3 for 2, I bought 3 thinking I would only be charged for 1 but got charged for 2. Can anyone explain what has happened please?
I used the voucher for a Free Skin Sensitive baby product today, there was a sign saying that they were BOGOF, I was charged for oneNevermind the dog, beware of the kids!0 -
pinkie wrote:Oh no, this is bad news! I've just been bought loads of stuff from Boots for my birthday that i dont want and i was going to exchange them for something i did! At the end of the day i dont have the receipts as they were gifts, its not like im going to ask for my money back
Im not sure what is happening with Boots but they seem to be tightening up on all sorts at the moment. I think banning exchanges without receipts is unpractical (ie. received as a gift etc), i mean other stores have no problems with it
Anybody know what the new policy is?
The policy is on the back of the till receipts. I shopped at Boots today, my receipt says, 'please keep this receipt and we will happily give you a refund if you chnage your mind. Without a receipt, we'll give you an exchange. There are some exceptions and we will always make these clear. For the safety of all our customers we can't accept returned medicines, cosmetics or foods, unless faulty'.Nevermind the dog, beware of the kids!0 -
bootserbabe wrote:Tried buying just two pore perfector blemish stick things but the SA couldn't get the voucher to scan for the extra points and said that it had to be one offer or the other seeing as they were on BOGOF (not marked on shelf tho) and that in her opinion the BOGOF was the better option. Bless her for trying though - she was very nice and helpful so didn't want to argue :T
It worked fine for me, although the SA added the points manually. A lot of it seems to be luck & who serves you.0
