I sent out several first letters to various establishments regarding ppi 20th September had letters back saying that they would look into it...nothing since :mad: what's my next step. Thanks in advance for your help

Hello there........:D. as Pinknico says, and remember just as long as the 8 weeks have passed your entitled to take to the FOS if you hear nothing at all.
You could always write a quick letter, and asking them when are you to expect to hear of a decision.

i can see you too, like me are writing to the lloyds bank, i have waited months and months for replys! If i was you i would write and write again, knowing what i know now, i would track all the letters, copy all the letters, i have got no where, but if i did anything different, i would of kept on and on and on at them, just for the reply, saying we have had your letter, and we are dealing with it, because without that, it could be here there anywhere, lost in the post, anywhere, hope this helps

Hi Sharon666, Funnily enough I havent had a confirmation of receipt of my letter with Lloyds will send another one again of course recorded del, I have kept copies of all letters sent and their replies with notes this is worth doing especially for me not good with the memory thingy. Thank you for your reply hopefully something good will come through for you soon. Keep in touch.0
