I ordered mine on Wednesday evening at the £42.99 price, but never had a confirmation email & with no customer number wasn't able to check online that I had a valid order.

I rang customer services this morning & they confirmed my order has gone through & said I should receive items sometime this coming week.

As my cursed Dyson did a dirty on me yesterday, splitting the intake hose & dumping a load of fluff & grit on my newly vacuumed floor I'm anxious to get my hands on a more user friendly piece of equipment.

I ordered mine on Tuesday night but got no customer number or order confirmation either. I emailed them on Thursday and got a response today saying it's been sent out but please allow 14 days for delivery! At least I know I definitely got one though.

When I ordered mine it appeared to have accepted the code but still showed at full price. It wasn't until I continued to the cc card details page that it mentioned the discount.
