one thing though, it never asked me to enter any payment details? only address, i have a confirmation email:

You didn't choose to pay by debit/credit card, did you? Check your account - amount payable will show up there I think.

You may not have noticed but just before pressing the Place Order button, "Payment Method This order will be charged to your account", is mentioned at the bottom of the page. G

damn, yeh you are right mate

i cant even log on to my account as i have no "Customer Reference Number" as it wasnt in the confirmation email i got, so i cant create one either.

ditto here. I have the order confirmation (plus payment details) but no customer reference number. I've emailed them asking for my number so we'll see... Would have liked to have used the £15 code but am happy enough with the £10 one.

Also couldn't access account without customer number so rang them yesterday, said they couldn't give out the number over the phone but it would be issued within 14 days and to check the delivery invoice it should be on that. Still without the customer number can't track the delivery.
