I didn't receive a notification email either and in my case, it has not been processed (according to empirecs) - a shame as the price has gone to £149!

It is still there but you have to hunt as typing in the code doesn't seem to work. On the homepage click on sales in the top right hand corner, then click on the 60% off sale box on the right, scroll down to vacuums and irons in the electrical category and it is there on the first page in the bottom left hand corner.

Yes I got the email confirmation shortly after I bought the item. It took another 2 days for the above to come through...

I got a confirmation email but no customer number so I can't access my account. Any ideas?

Email them with your name and address. That's what I did and they got back to me a couple of days later confirming my order has been dispatched but I still haven't got it yet! They still didn't give me a customer number either.
