I think they got the court fee wrong as well? It says £30 on the letter but isn't it £80 or something like that? Oopsss...

No...the court fee depends on the size of the claim.

Behaving like a petulant child will not help you escape the PLPI you have received.

Yes, people really need to use an FGC to escape a PLPI. Has anyone else invented an acronym they're really proud of that might be completely irrelevant to this case?

Whats a Ploppy? Apart from something Queen Elizabeth did on Blackadder.

If you want it to stop tell her the calls are now harassment and you will report Roxburghe to the authorities (even if they say it's 'Graham White' it's still in fact Roxburghe, she works for them).

As well as using the harassment word loud and clear, tell her that the alleged debt is expressly DENIED so Roxburghe must now get their noses out of this trough and pass the file back to the parking company.

If Laura is still there after that, then talk over her and tell her that ANY further letters or calls from Roxburghe would then be a breach of the Protection from Harassment Act as well as breaking Office of Fair Trading Guidelines. And bearing in mind that her employers, Roxburghe, are already on a recent warning from the OfT who are 'minded to revoke' their consumer credit licence, she would be best advised to leave you alone now and go and harass a less well-informed victim of a fake parking ticket scam.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    Lol what did she say?

Thats she was the accounts manager and she was the person I needed to speak to and that the only time I will speak with a solicitor was in court. I replied by telling her I better iron my suit.

Just had a call from Roxburgh debt agency now. He asked for my post code gave him a different one and said he couldn't speak to me because I failed to security question. He said I had given them a different one when they called the other day. Proof that the debt agency and solicitors are all one company :rotfl:
