How well did you defend it? Forum assisted court cases almost always turn out successfully defended. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Parked in one the car parks in darlington for 3 days came back to a parking ticket.
I had displayed it on the windscreen but came back to a parking ticket and they said they couldn’t see the ticket as it was upside down so either I did put it upside down by mistake or when I shut the car door the draft from the door put it upside down , I contacted them and they said pay £60 or go to court , so paid it , just easier but hate to think they have won again , something should be done about this type of thing!!!!!!0 -

WHAT DO I DO? Reading lots of “don’t pay it - ignore it” advice but I’ve done that so far and they seem to be escalating matters0 -
Do not listen to other advice. You WILL receive a CCJ. I have received one today. You will not be able to ignore it.0
