A lot more than I am happy with this week, mostly due to not following my meal plan with DD being ill and Mum in hospital.
Have thrown away
2 bananas (too far gone for anything)
1/2 carton fresh cream
1 carton buttermilk
1/3 carton natural yoghurt
2 fromag frais
1 whole bag carrots
4 baking potatoes which had gone green.Organised people are just too lazy to look for things

Any waste food in my household is shared proportionately between my cats and the local birds, (although my cats don't always make the distinction between table scraps and birds) it's interesting to see how the different birds come for different scraps, Seagulls will eat anything that will fit down their throats, magpies tend to go for meat or fat if it's about and chunks of fruit, crows are the most interesting to watch I throw whole slices of bread up onto the garage roof and watch them fold them into four using their claws and beak before flying off, a crow will never leave without a full slice of bread folded or stuffing it's beak with three or four of the largest bits of scrap it can hold, the blackbirds only come when I throw the slugs from the garden up on the roof for them, (I spoil them!) sparrows and other smaller birds like tits will come for cereal, breadcrumbs and of course seed, any caterpillers are also tossed up there for the sparrows, peas, baked beans, sweetcorn etc are all devoured by pigeons. No waste in this household.Four guns yet only one trigger prepare for a volley.Together we can make a difference.0

quite a lot this week, due to dodgy fridge
6 chicken thighs
half pack beansprouts
pint of milk:beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -
2 radishes and a cherry tomato that joined up to plan a breakout from fridge, but I caught them tunnelling under the celery!
1 slice of horrible asparagus & wild mushroom quiche from tesco on BOGOF (fortunately picked other flavour for 2nd!).
1/2 loaf of mouldy bread. Don't like puddings, and a freezer can only hold so many breadcrumbs!A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0
