Mudbath

Friday night, home alone and what do I do....catch up on my washing and tidy my house. The words 'get', 'a' and 'life' spring to mind. It will be nice coming down in the morning and it's all done though. Also, it'll mean I can take stripes for a lovely long walk as we missed out this morning. Night all xx

he's awake come into kitchen and is on his laptop ignoring me - great just what I need, though he got me a beer so maybe some hope!!! We will see, unless he can apologise he can f£ck right off, it's silly of me and petty; but hey - I'm a woman!

Ds1's temp has gone down to 38.5 so hopefully the paracetamols are kicking in now. I was a bit worried for a bit then.

Jinky my love - how are you doing down north? Can you understand us yet? My work colleague was at the same venue as you last night- see I CAN remember some things! LOL
He just called me 'love' as that will make it all alright!!! I want an apology and when I finaly tell you what it's about you will know I'm a complete nutter!!! Basically his 2 brothers are toxic and 1 is his twin, we decided not to tell them that DD2 was pregnant until we had to (cos I will know their reaction - all gleefull that DD2 is having a child in these circumstance - so what does he go and do? Aaahh you guessed it! I certainly didn't want them to know until we had told my mum, now he's saying 'so they had to know at some point' - yes but not until mum knew. I really sound pathetic now, but if you knew his family and what they are like you wouldn't. You may remember the sh£te we had with his twin after I got them talking again after 4 years as it was affecting DH and his toxic wife saying DH should be 'over' being in the 1st gulf war and the things he had to do and see. I don't think they are healthy for him, but they are his family, difficult

Verdict was that she couldn't rule out a hairline fracture as it's still sore and swollen after 11 days so suggested I go to Casualty and get it xrayed. So I shall ask NN over a G&T tonight if she'll run me up there fairly early tomorrow morning after the drunks have been treated and before the sports injuries arrive! At the very least, they'll be able to show me how to bandage it effectively.

I agree it would be quicker healed if it was broken - if its sprained or torn ligaments you will be testing it constantly!! thats nice of NN - what a NN she is

hex :rotfl::rolleyes: but you are so right - (((hugs))) for your FiL- we dont appreciate what we have - we need stop stressing over the silly little things and get off our backsides and do things and enjoy the life we have.
wilf thats all you need - do you have a bath - can you take the bath panel off and see if its coming from under there - you may be able to put a basin in or something? BTW I agree with Hex (((hugs))) I think thats pushing yourself tooooooooooooooooo much before christmas honey.

carlsberggal yes you do love him and never go to bed not speaking- you must sort it out before bedtime - huge squishy hugs for everything you are coping with just now.
