They have charged for it before and did not change their T&C. I think they are covered because you are not using it principally to make a true cross network call. You are using it basically as a calling card service. They charge for some 0800 numbers for the same reason.PF.0 -
If you have crossnetwork minutes on your O2 contract(or recently orange has also included 07744 numbers as crossnetwork calls again), you can use them to calls to many international destinations including India,Brazil,Germany,Pakistan, Russia, South Africa,Thailand and USA 24hrs/7 days through Yourcallworld access number 07744321000. That way, this is better than simplyphone Mr Martin Lewis.
You can call the below destinations for 5 days a week, Mon-Fri.
Egypt, Bangladesh,Indonesia,Iran, Saudi Arabia,Srilanka,Turkey,UAE 24/5 days

Bye.Old Faithful we roam the range together,
Old Faithful in any kind of weather,
When the round up days are over,
And the Boulevard’s white with clover,
For you old faithful pal of mine.
Giddy up old fella cos the moon is yellow tonight,
Giddy up old fella cos the moon is mellow and bright,
There’s a coyote crying at the moon above,
Carry me back to the one I love,
And you old faithful pal of mine.0 -
Unlike https://www.simply-Fone.com this Your call world site is misleading as it does not tell you you cannot use 07744 out your inclusive minutes if you are on Voda,T-Mob,and 3.

They might well charge you as Voda dont allow it and they are matching Voda Tariff. To be on safe side why not make a very quick call to a 07744 number. Then ring Orange CS in about 24 hours and enquire if it was charged.PF.0
