Whereabouts on their site does it say this please?PF.0 -
actually i don't think you did post on the wrong thread was going to post there but you can forward it there cause going to have a bath. But maybe you could use that simply-fone number to call 0800 number as well, hence can use inclusive minutes to call 0800 instead of paying.0

the free minutes are not meant to roll over at all!
what happened and was it resolved?0 -
Yes - for first three months online account showed that 'double minutes' were used up first leaving standard minutes to be rolled over - then just bwefore 3 months were up started showing calls being charged for (all calls although I was mostly using s-f so thought it might just be the s-f number) even though there were free minutes showing as unused.digp wrote:the free minutes are not meant to roll over at all!

Asked CS who said that minute rolling had been displayed wrongly - should have used standard minutes first and 'double' minutes second, so that there should have been no minutes to roll over. I said how on earth was I meant to know that as I had seen these minutes on my online bill for three months - cs agreed and refunded for calls (100 quids worth)I think....0 -
On o2 "offline" the minutes do rollover for upto 3 months on those anytime tariff. "The bonus minutes do not rollover. Hence the result is if say you use 300 minutes a month.
Month 1 use 200 of the bonus and 100 of your current tariff (assume on a 200 month tariff.
month 2 have 500 minutes to use, now use the 200 bonus minutes and 100 minutes of the roll over minutes.
month 3 now have 600 minutes to use, now you use 200 bonus minutes and 100 minutes of the roll over minutes.
month 4 now have 400 minutes to use, you use 200 rollover minutes and 100 normal minutes.
month 5 now have 300 minutes to use, you use 100 rollover minutes and 200 normal minutes.
month 6 now have 200 minutes to use, you use 200 normal minutes and are billed for 100 minutes.
month 7 now you upgrade tariff to 300/400 minute tariff and than the rollover repeats itself. Or you just keep on paying for the extra calls if stay on existing tariff.0 -
Thats exactly how the online billing showed it working - till after 3 months of connection when all the rollover minutes suddenly disappeared - O2's explination 9as per your example was that in M1 I used 200 standard minutes plus 100 extra minutes and the remaining 100 extra minutes would not roll over. As I say the billing showed what you describe, it was only after 3 months of connection that suddenly it all changed.iceburn wrote:On o2 "offline" the minutes do rollover for upto 3 months on those anytime tariff.
