Thats exactly how the online billing showed it working - till after 3 months of connection when all the rollover minutes suddenly disappeared - O2's explination 9as per your example was that in M1 I used 200 standard minutes plus 100 extra minutes and the remaining 100 extra minutes would not roll over. As I say the billing showed what you describe, it was only after 3 months of connection that suddenly it all changed.

wot? are you saying you used minutes you were not entitled to? as far as i can tell from o2 online the bonus minutes are used first! then the normal minutes.

Pricefighter, what is the general opinion of simply-fone using Orange mobile on tariffs like Everyday 50 which only allow calls to orange mobile numbers with inclusive. Not inclusive than correct?

Digp, no he is saying he used the minutes he was entitled to, but on month 4 the bill change, so he call and complain and they said it was "your" normal minutes used first than the bonus minutes. So on month 4 + there was no extra minutes to use. But they credited his account to a tune of £100.

I can only describe what happened to me, the online billing showed that the 'bonus' minutes were being used first but after 3 months the available minutes suddenly all changed, the reason for this given by O2 was that the 'normal' minutes should have been used first.
    I think....

actually i don't think you did post on the wrong thread was going to post there but you can forward it there cause going to have a bath. But maybe you could use that simply-fone number to call 0800 number as well, hence can use inclusive minutes to call 0800 instead of paying.

Can now see on the https://www.simplyfone.com website that calls to free 0800's also included on their 07744 9744 04 number usinmg orange free minutes.
