Given that one of them has changed policy twice, I think you're unlikely to get a commitment

i also have just finished contract with bt mobile, i can also confirm that i have not been chaged for months for 07744 974 404/333/363/336/294/974 with bt mobile.
i also used these nos. to call pakistan landlines & mobiles in last two weeks on my orange contract inclusive minutes. no charges have made for these calls.

I must be with t-mobile since I am being charged. I'll be sendinding another email off to find out who my carrier network is. I just hope they don't mind giving out that kind of information..

i'm on o2 & orange too & i been using both with 07744974404 & they have been outa my free minutes also [orange only for past week again]

so, bottom line is... forget about 'longterm' & taking contracts specially for this service BUT for the moment USE THE BL....DY THING BECAUSE IT IS A FANTASTIC OFFER!!

i just saw this [sorry-i'm bit slow to know these things!] and made a 60 sec call to usa & it was really free & a easy service to use.

It does not matter what network BT Mobile piggy back on,because they will have a different mobile billing system in place, to the network that carries the calls,and if they want to charge you for calls to 07744 they can.

If you got your number direct from BT Mobile and did not port it in .Check it out on https://www.mnnc.net. That will tell you the main network that is was allocated to.

I did get my number direct from btmobile and using your link I see that it is vodafone.
Reading through this thread I was given the impression that the network carrier was the important factor in deciding whether you get charged for using this number or not. If it is up to btmobile then surely I should not have been charged since other btmobile users here have claimed that it was their inclusive minutes which was used when using this number.
Or can they be charging me specifically i.e. btmobile can pick and choose what they charge people even if they are on the same call package - but this can't be allowed can it?

at the moment still free. BUT for gawds sake--dont ring em & ask em as that just brings attention to the service! :mad:

i'm using o2 and never been charged.. that should be good enough for you to try it.
