what tariff u on?

Just started using 07744 / 07733 last month on T-Mobile Relax 200. Bill received - they're charging at 25p per min. Customer Services advises these are 'Personal Numbers' and are not included in free minutes.

Yes if you look at the https://www.simply-fone.co.uk site it tells you that T-Mob are now charging alas.

that notice has been there for a few days at least!

Just got this email from Orange. Is this a binding contract ? can they change their mind about it ?

Thanks for your mail about call charges.

The number you mention will come out of your inclusive minutes as long as you have a tariff which includes cross-network calls.

For your information, direct calls to American numbers are charged at £0.15 per minute at all times. This includes mobile numbers as well as landlines.

i have checked my minutes after making a call yesterday and they r still the same amount... i used the simply fone number and made a call to india


also my friend called orange Cs and they said calls r 50p a minute

anyone shed some light on this matter

orange & o2 minutes are used to call india & pakistan free of charge since 16 sep 05 on my contracts using 07744 700 700 ( not a s-fone no)

Its not binding no.If Orange want to charge in future to call 07744 numbers they could do.Just be pleased they dont at the moment .

Are you on Orange OVP Tariff where they match another networks tariff, this could be the reason Orange are allegedly charging in these cases.

it is binding until they give notice to the contrary by changing the t&c's. The agent has ostensible authority and has bound Orange in your case.
