Oooo went to tak eout the mince and the bottom drawer that hasnt been going in properly got on my nerves... took it out and there was a SHEET of ice under it... being annoyed at not being able to put the drawer in properly I took the hot water to it and out came a huge sheet of ice from the bottom and now the drawer fits in properly! YAY!
Still need to do the rest of it but at least it fits in!

Add it to my 6 bottles of genuine russian vodka, 8 bottles of expensive whiskey and mead, rum, schnaps, Gammel Dansk, and other odd bits of booze... Heck sounds like a good punch really! *hick*

As for rosehip syrup Hugh Fernley-Whittingstall did this in one of his programs I'm sure he did... off to see if I can find it...

My dad keeps giving me Vodka from Russia (step mum is russian) and DH keeps buying nice Whiskys... The rest? Just kinda built up over the years

Well leccy cool box in hallway waiting for the fridge contents tomorrow. I am defrosting the freezer part of the f/f. Fortunately we have run down our main freezer and DH has transferred just about everything to the secondary freezer. Just remaining is ice and sliced, frozen lemon! Methinks we could do something with that with the Gin and the Tonic in the fridge!!!!!!!! Well it is Friday evening (almost)!

Well DH is on his way home and is picking up a bottle of white wine for me on the way Till then I have made a cocktail (well lemonade, j2o and apple schnaps) as it's now 6pm and I'm allowed! :rotfl:
Feet are up and I'm starting to make some sense out of the freezer contents for the meal plan for the coming week

Right I have plans for the squid and some prawns and maybe some of the bacon bits for tomorrow in the paella as well as some bacon on a pizza for lunch...
But that turkey thigh joint is baffling me... I think at the time I bought 2 and chucked away most of the first one as it was so horrid I couldn't even eat it in a curry!
Is there any hope for it's mate still lingering in my freezer or should I just deal with the fact that it's horrid and needs to be thrown out?
