Just got a £300 lift on my Silver card.
Since when has the world of computer software design been about what people want? This is a simple question of evolution. The day is quickly coming when every knee will bow down to a silicon fist, and you will all beg your binary gods for mercy.

Nice one - if you're bored why not apply for another sygma card? Surely you'll get like me and innocent and a higher limit? I got offered a £5k odd limit myself but the apr scared me off, I couldn't exactly BT a £3k limit from 12.9% to one that would eventually end up being in the 20's so didn't bother!

Kinda wish I did cos now they say I have to wait before re-applying! :rotfl::rotfl:

You need to get the Flybe I think, as these somehow give better limits - but remember Innocent and my files are ok, we also have higher limit cards.....

I dunno how they work, I do have a mate that works for them but he doesn't say much at all - only their scoring processes so wouldn't help much in my asking him!!

I did a Vanquis app online (got bored last night, and saw it offered £10 cashback on rpoints so thought I'd try that). Stupid thing was still demanding a valid phone numbre (11 0's wouldn't work) so I thought about using what I know is a valid area code (01234, amazingly, I thought my friend was taking the mick when he gave me his number!) and then 000000. If that's a real number then they're ringing somebody else... but I thought that it's likely to be referred and the person should work out that's fake and use my mobile number....

It got referred, just got a text from CardService "Thank you for apply for a Vanquis Credit Card, we will contact you this afternoon to progress your application"

hmmmmm.... just hoping they don't call when footballs on, that's how I make money to pay people like them off :p Will it be an underwriter like Aqua who will grill me on the salary I put in (it does look highly inflated but it's true....) and my home address etc or is it just a "hello we're checking you exist, do you want to buy our rip off insurance etc etc" type thing like everyone else gets? Because I was referred so don't know what to expect!

Wow so I should have the card?! Wow... I put down I've got 3 others! Thought I was going to get declined because of that and student status, was shocked it even got referred, but thought I'd give it a go anyway and if it fails then to close Cap1 and try again in 6 months when it's reported as closed.

I applied for Tesco at the same time, that was another decline, shock horror. Grrr, I could actually do with one of those as well!
