Well that was a sodding great waste of time... The Personal banker was clearly jealous as my risk score s 4 and his is 8... He has a CPD marker and refused to believe there is a process to get it removed if you have a good credit file.

After getting telephone banking on speakerphone and them telling him the process he grumped off to see his manager leaving me waiting for 15 minutes and came back saying "Right let me take a copy of your credit file" came back and said "OK".

I asked OK what? What's going to happen now? He just said "They'll look at it".

Couldn't tell me who, timeframes, who I could get in touch with to chase it up, whether or not they'd contact me etc.

Called Telephone banking to find out what was happening / what the process is, they dropped me cold through to some dizzy blonde at the branch who hung up on me because she didn't know the process either and thought it unreasonable for me to ask her.

.... Ah. Finally someone at telephone banking who knows what's going on - they've faxed it to the account holding branch who will investigate and look into getting the CPD marker removed in a day or two. Couldn't be done there and then as I don't live near my account holding branch any more.

If only the dumba$$es in branch could've said that. Instead they seem to have this attitude of "How dare you not know our internal processes like the back of your hand. How date you expect us to actually explain what's going to happen. I mean wanting to understand the process rather than being psychic? What an obnoxious customer you must be!"

Yeah the chap on telephone banking who called through to the branch said to me "Yeah she sounded like she doesn't want to be at work" or something like that :p At least they have air conditioning! Grumpy sods.

Have you or are you going to ask Sygma for a credit increase?

It is three months as well - I've had my Sygma Silver since 11/03/10 and just got off the phone to them - my limit is now £1,300 :D:D

Lloyds can take their CPD marker and shove it up their proverbial. I got other financial institutions to give me what I want :j

Were you credit checked izools? If so, how many searches do you already have on your file?
