Ooooh I think another reason I applied online was because the post thing only gave me 3 choices, the online one had this: stgeorge.jpg:D as close to the MBNA England card as I'm going to get any time soon!

Might have gone for union.jpg though, I can't remember for sure... Don't think I did.... If I did I'll have to try and get it swapped!

Hi Izools, I've noticed you have got a Sygma card, hubby has now applied this evening. On the income section it asks for your gross income? It went 0-9999 a year etc but because he gets a few different incomes it comes in net.
But he still ticked the first income box, think he should of ticked the next income range.
How do you get on, sure you have mentioned your're not in full time work?

He wants to get rid of this Aqua card, very expensive and unfortunately he has run it up and the interest is awful.

When I applied I worked out what a Gross Salary would be to support my NET monthly income (DLA + Housing Benefit + Tax Credits + Salary).

As my NET monthly income is ~ £1,150 I presume a gross annual "salary" of £17,500 on credit applications as that's what it'd be to get my NET monthly income.

TBH I don't tihnk Sygma are that bothered about income as mother has £10K credit card debit and she was accepted for 2x Sygma cards £1k each with an income of £20K.

Good luck, let us know how you get on :o

Right. That's enough typing for mr 4x bottles of Rose.

    Night :p

  • Hi Guys, managed to get a Flybe card £2k limit 3 months ago applied last week for the Silver and they gave me that with a 1K limit

Both at 24% tho, think I am in the higher bracket as I only have 11 months credit history and 5 searches in the last 6 months on equifax

  • I was thinking about the limit increase on the flybe but as it is was only 30% thought I would apply for a seperate card (silver) as it would give me more credit overall

Will wait 3 months longer then ask for a limit increase on flybe to save some searches

Quite. In my case they didn't even leave a soft search but if they do it isn't visible by other creditors :o And I've only had my MyWorld card for 1 month :p

Does anyone know if HFC bank still exist / whether they still offer any credit cards? They're another Equifax only...

EDIT: GM Card... but the apply link has gone from their website :(
