I know Monument is closed however I am not sure about this Rise carry on.
Since when has the world of computer software design been about what people want? This is a simple question of evolution. The day is quickly coming when every knee will bow down to a silicon fist, and you will all beg your binary gods for mercy.

You get 3 searches with Sygma mate - 2 searches and 1 ID Verification, i.e. unrecorded footprint.

Search 1 - From parent company, Sygma Bank (they finance Creation)
Search 2 - From Creation finance as they are the ones accepting you
Footprint - From Creation finance as an address verification

Those are the 3 entries you should have when you apply to Sygma.

Oh shame, that's them off my list in future then!!
  • So I got a letter from BOS saying my current account is ready to go, I have to go to my nearest branch with some ID and deposit £100 into my new account. Does anyone know if this means they will allow me to have an overdraft facility too? I don't fancy opening this account if I won't be able to!

did you apply for an overdraft?

in my experience most people that qualify for the current accounts nearly always are accepted for an overdraft, or after a few months as long as they don't incur any charges, they get an overdraft granted.

just on a side note, did halifax state that to open the account you need £100?
i've opened current accounts with no money or a £1 before
She LEFT me, she LIED, and she made me foot the BILL !

HBOS want £100 to release the card and chequebook - you can pay it and and then withdraw it 2 minutes later, it is needed to activate the account which releases the card etc

As for overdraft, ask in branch when you go in cos they can override the system for you - shhh, don't them I told you that!
