heres hoping vanquis go bust, the interest is killing me, all because i needed to get a phone put in my house for an ex who used me big time, paid with my credit card and i'm getting charged around 52% on interest, madness hey?

but i do have a tescos card and even the sygma card if it ever comes, at much lower rates to transfer it over too.

remember with ure SYGMA u AUTOAMTICALLY get a 6 month balance transfer deal at 0% interest that should help ure vanquis a lot

cheers for that, yes, i need to rid myself of vanquis and crappy one completely, maybe i'll just use the sygma or even tesco, close the rest down, stop applying for credit for 2 years, the default i have still has three years to run its course, within two years most prime banks will probably accept me!

How come? If she lost then there should have been a costs order against her to cover your costs - they are the usual rules.

coz i agrreed to pay her legal costs to get to her to p!ss off due to previous agreements which had been signed, and she stood no chance of gettin out of
shed basically agreed to sign it over to me, then decided she was gonna try and change her mind

which didnt sit well with the minute of agreement

in the end i couldnt be arsed any longer, she has my 12 year old daughter and 8 year old son

soooooooooooooooo i wouldnt screw her financially with legal costs as itd be taken food from my kids mouths

long story went on for about 2 years............

shes now TOTALLY OUT OF MY LIFE AND ITS NOW TOTALLY MINE

i hear shes now using my child support payments to pay for her new wedding dress

i hope shes happy

well at least you were not duped by a criminal, who ended up behind bars, scammed me for what little I did have, but she was sentenced for a crime she commited prior to us getting together!

if i really disclosed the amount of money i gave her because she 'needed to feed herself, pay for prescriptions', you'd all have a heart attack, mostly i had to borrow from my elderly aunt, used all my modest wages of HER, everyone warned me she was a gold digger, but a criminal i never knew!!!!

i think most of us have made wrong decisions mate u just were more unlucky than most

Ouch!

Although i think that was quite magnanimous of you. Its nice to see a partner putting his children first. I don't see it very often. By the time it gets to me its usually turned into a war and the children are getting caught in the cross fire. It makes me mightily annoyed! :mad:

it was my KIDS first and foremost that factored into it, plus im in a storng financial position have been these past few years, shes not........ i didnt need her money though she needed or RATHER i knew the kids NEEDED it and thats the way it kinda played out there was so many factors to it, would take forever to get into on this though id been the ONLY ONE WHOD EVER PAID A MORTGAGE PAYMENT, directly from my SOLE BANK account, agreements had been made previously though mot within a SPECIFIED TIMESCALE so she GOT OUT OF THEM MORE WERE THEN MADE AND IT WENT ON AND ON AND ON.........................
