I'm using BetMate. I'm permanently banned from BetFair for underage gambling and self exclusion (I got into problems when I was 16...). I now do not gamble (and do not get the buzz out of it that I used to). Going to try and get back some of the money I lost when I was young and stupid.
I just placed my first bet. £10 with PaddyPower (£10 free for betting £10). Layed the bet at BetMate. Just waiting for the football game to finish and will bet again to get my free £10. Starting off small to make sure I understand it all.
I'm using my old HSBC account for all the gambling, which isn't a great ideas, as FirstDirect might not like it when I apply for CC etc.. might have to use another bank account.
How first direct at the moment? I'd love to swap to them.
And as we know you love an application, have you tried for a Sygma card yet?0 -

Still no pin from Sygma, but i've transfered the balance from my Capital One card over.
They've also set the account up on Experian now. So give that a few months and I may try HSBC!!0 -

EASYFIX noah rbs/churchill did this to me last year i cracked up at experian about it who disputed it and it was removed0 -
How recently for Flybe and Silvercard?
Flybe back in January, Silver last month. I have too many searches to get accepted. 60 in the last year, even though only around 10 in the last 6 months. Barclays declined me for a current account due to a high number of searches, yet FirstDirect accepted me.0 -
