I couldn't believe citi done that - !!!!!!! I dont care, sod em.... never used the thing anyways but still, they are quite bad to link to my egg application and use the data received from the CRA's with that to close my current account that was in like, erm, £0 debt!! Clever move Egg/Citi!
HSBC is on hold, I don't want to go in so won't - they can come and see me in court - anyday they want, but they keep declining my request so we're at stalemate.
Without proof of their "allegations" I will not back down and for the proof, they must take me to court. They have been fishing in the english channel looking for bluefin tuna and they just aint gonna find any!
Is his all to do with Equifax? And the links?0 -

Well it seems that once the 2 cifas go then the last of the links go - so hopefully, but i've got £50 saved to SAR everyone in a few weeks lol, we'll know more then I s'pose....
I am not bothered to be fair, I have 5 bank accounts and 3 credit cards - that is plenty for me.....

Can you still use your HSBC products? Or have they been cancelled?0 -

What the bloody hell use is one of those to me? That's like sending a salad to a carnivore!
I had one of those, a few years back when i protested to my local council over poor bin collection service. Some days the binmen don't turn up and so i told the council that as a result of the limited service, i will not be paying the full tax amount. But of course, once they started legal proceedings, i have no alternative but to pay!!
Great for the so called democracy here in UK!!0 -

The baby are fine, my other 2 year old is more hard work....going through the motions of anger management!!!0 -

Everything is fine with HSBC mate - still have 2 full accounts and credit card..... but that's it. No more and no more borrowing allowed! What annoyed me most was this was done at the credit card 6 month limit review - so no increase, instead they dropped the limit for me - nice of them!
That was almost 6 months ago so hoping in April my overdraft facility lets me amend it - If not i'll start using my Covernty First and BoC accounts and ditch HSBC.... their loss. :mad:2010 - year of the troll
