Christ that can't be easy.
I'll be much happier if i can get out of there into somewhere more flexible and with the ability to set my hours in stone for a while.0 -
Thanks Tom very much. It's taken me longer enough hasn't it. Lol
But I can't get anything decent on my Experian file. I'd love to have a HSBC account or my dream................. First Direct!! lol
Bank of Cyprus UK search Equifax exclusively if you want to give them a shot :rotfl:

I do have a job but hours have been cut, and salary reduced by over 6% in real terms, so it is not easy.
now i'm lucky to get an 8 hour shift.
mis-management of staff and also the fact that since i started there last year they have taken on like 20 ppl but have only lost/got rid of about 40 -

LOL yeah. How much time does your last default drops of your credit file? It won't be very long waiting now you got a proper credit card and use that in the meantime.
As for HSBC/FD, it is always possible to get accounts even if you have defaults depending on the circumstances. Try appealing. It is NOT impossible - so don't dream.0 -

Thanks, I may try them then, if they decline, I'll appeal.
My defaults drop off in Dec 2012 and Jan 2013. Not too long now.
The 2 card i have now will build my file so much (I hope).0 -

I know!! He loves it. He's our guinea pig! lol I'm not trying them.
Have you applied for another Sygma card?
Can't wait for Niddy to apply to Sygma.
Wisely holding off for the CIFAS records to drop off but I can only imagine the look on his face if it were to be a decline... :rotfl: Although after a semi-yes for a £7,200 Egg Money I doubt Sygma'll say no.
I applied for the Donate as you Spend card matey, didn't make a note of the application reference and it was referred, not straight acceptance, so I'll just have to wait and seeCashback Earned ¦ Nectar Points £68 ¦ Natoinwide Select £62 ¦ Aqua Reward £100 ¦ Amex Platinum £48
