Be sceptical all you like mate - fact of the matter is they will decline you - guaranteed 1 million percent - do it, go on! lol

Their underwriting rules cannot be appealed so if it says 12 months no matter how much you beg, the system will always say no!

If you're sceptical go for it mate! :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Ok well I wil steer clear from JL card.

I may just not apply for anything today, I think that the BOI card standard and moneyback could score quite harshly and if its a manual check I take it each application is looked at by an underwriter.

Nah mate if you have proof you never lived there then go back to them and quote this in your reply:
"This account has absolutely nothing to do with me and I want this entry removing immediately. It is not a request but a formal demand. I will not go and speak to T Mobile because it is in fact CallCredit who is in breach of DPA Regs; also by displaying libellous data about me you leave yourself open to litigation for libel. As a result of the above, you may consider this letter as a statutory notice under s.10 of the Data Protection Act (1998) to cease processing any data in relation to this account with immediate effect. If you ignore my request for a second time then my next response will be by way of court summons for removal of incorrect entry plus compensation, at the statutory level of £5,000 per breach."
Think you'll find they will be more lenient with your request to remove the entry! :rotfl: :rotfl:

If they don't remove it then you fill this in, plus a copy of what you've told CC and let the ICO deal with it - I had all my stuff removed when I reported it to the ICO....

http://www.ico.gov.uk/complaints/data_protection.aspx
Data Protection Act complaint form (Word version)

1. Complete and save the form to your computer.
2. Open a new email, with 'Complaint to the ICO' in the subject line.
3. Attach this form and any other documents you wish to send us.
4. Send to casework@ico.gsi.gov.uk
