Mate remember a year ago? We were battering their doors down lol.... they forget we know most things about the inner workings of CRA's haha

I still think its funny that Equifax sent you MY SAR frontpage

But anyway, my records are fine (well will be) when the cifas drops off in 10 days and 14 hours (not counting mate) :rotfl: :rotfl:

I know mate, it was a struggle but at least we got there in the end.

I bet you cant wait for your CIFAS to drop off, only issue with then be the searches? If so at least you can appeal this easier than the CIFAS

I am waiting for the grief to start again as I have noticed another unrecorded enquiry from Lowell on my Experian file. Lowell tend to do this every 6 months or so.... I assume it is the national debt collection credit search they do where they enter the name of who they are looking for and credit search anyone who matches the details they enter.

If Lowells have just searched you mate then let me know, i'll send them a rocket up their arsey - if they have no right to search you then it is illegal. They are allowed to perform what is knows as Tracer Searches (once a year usually) but this would not show any lasting footprint on your CRA.....

In fact, instead of stressing just report them and let them get fined :D:D
    :o 2010 - year of the troll :o
