NID - quick question.
When I get my rear end into gear tomorrow (probably) am going to resend my letter to NW for CCA.
Is it worth adding to the end of the template that I have requested previously, what they supplied was not what was required (was general T&Cs for numerous accounts (possibly including mine) and if they dont supply the CCA, I will invoke a SAR where they will be obligated to provide it?No Longer works for MBNA as of August 2010 - redundancy money will be nice though.

no idea what my nerdnumber is - i am now officially nerd 229, no idea on my debt free date0 -

By the way, a SAR doesn't guarantee anything, it is governed by the ICO which as you know, cannot place sanctions or fine so really not much they can do when the lender refuses to comply with a s.78 or a SAR.2010 - year of the troll

I've got my Student Finance money (shocked!). Just put 2k of it in Halifax account, will they know what I'm playing at?:p. That's got like £3,500 in now, which blatantly isn't going to stay there for long, but hoping the +£3,500 might convince them I won't be going into an unarranged overdraft any time soon!0

well done on geting your Student Finance are you off to the sale lol0
