I rang up to ask my internal credit score and was asked by someone rather rudely.. why I want to know this? I was then put on hold for ages.. so I hung up.. as I was calling off a mobile!! I still don't know what it is!
    Which company was that, Halifax?

I want to know mine and what score is needed for each product, doubt they'll tell me though!

That Reward Current Account advert on again....if I get declined

Well done! Are they easy acceptance? I'm torn between doing it to get more 0's (but potentially wasting a search) or not

Hold off applying for anything else just now. You'll soon be getting declined because of the amount of searches. Let the 0's you've already got do their work in the mean time.

I've only used Next once in my whole life (and that wasn't even for myself!)... I want the 0's more than anything :p.

I still haven't had a JDW statement  I paid it because I don't want it to go against me, but surely I should get a paper copy or confirmation?

That's true, and A&L may have searched my twice (to open the account that I didn't expect, then when I wanted an overdraft a few months later).

I don't know how many are on each report, I'll check in June kind of time when I get all of them again, but Capital One searching both at least once doesn't help!

Thanks, I know I haven't got to pay anything, I just expected a paper statement by now (they said 28 days and it's been longer than that). As I don't plan on buying anything else any time soon I doubt I'll get any more!
