Hahaha! I was nearly stuck in Nottingham (stupid trains!) on the night of Sat 7th, had to wait ages for a connection as I'd missed the one I should've gone. Platform I was on looked straight over to the massive Cap1 building. I actually thought those are the ******* that declined me. On the Monday I get back from uni to see a card from them :rotfl:

I originally had the classic card, some months ago starting limit of £200 and moved up to £500.. it stayed £500 for around a year. I closed it and decided to try applying for their main stream card and got it.

Capital One changed the criteria for their main stream cards when they released the new ones.. meaning I was eligible to apply (before, you had to earn 10k for all of their cards except the classic).
