Exactly mate, you will claim for the amount owing, plus interest at 8% on the amount owing plus the claim form costs. You would use the premise that they stated they would issue a cheque on XX Date which was never received. Don't dwell too much on the fact you had it and returned it, just state you never received the cheque. :D

Ok Will file a claim tonight with money claims. So i will claim for 8% since they said would issue the cheque or 8% from when i won the claim as its been like 2yrs since i won

Referred (or good as), said something about 7 to 10 days. I assumed it was a decline as they'd rejected me once, but getting the card in the post was a nice surprise!

How Long did the card take to arrive?

I can't remember exactly, I know it wasn't long. I got it on 9th November but don't have a record of when I applied. Plus all my post is redirected so takes an extra day or 2 to get here. It wasn't more than 2 weeks though, and I was referred so would've had to go through extra checks/underwriters manual assesments etc, but as you were approved outright you should get yours quicker

Braved my credit report (equifax) for first time in a while as thought there may be something big and nasty as Sygma have moved from a "we'll think about it and then tell you to sod off" when I apply for further cards with them to a "la la la la la la la we are not listening la la la la la" despite my accessory card with them being run well.

Nothing too scary on it anyway and not as bad as I thought it was. Tons of green zeros from sygma, natwest and O2 anyway!
