    wasn't there a thread recently where it told someone they were accepted online then they got a rejection letter in the post?

    Yes but I am aware of suttons history and all he has is two old defaults several years old - to me there would be no realistic reason to decline him at this point. This only occurs if they miss something and you pass the auto system score, but then it gets picked up.

    I'd bet sutton has got it, as I say his file is great in comparison with other people who have been accepted. :D

    Your limit will most likely be no more than £200 so I wouldn't go buying the caviar just yet.

    I bet he gets £100 :rotfl::rotfl:

    Statement 4 will increase it to £500. ;)

    That'll rule out a bottle of fine champagne aswell. :(

    There's people living in the third world who could surive on £100 for a year so if you look at it that way, you'll feel a tad bit better about it being a !!!!!! limit. :rotfl:

    When it went to the next page, did it tell you've been accepted and the card will be sent to you within 5-7 working days? Or did you get, your application has been referred?
    Referred (or good as), said something about 7 to 10 days. I assumed it was a decline as they'd rejected me once, but getting the card in the post was a nice surprise!

    Eh!? I thought it went 100 -> 200? :confused:

    I get my statement 3 soon, so my £100 increase is only a few weeks away :j

    Just applied for a Capital One card. It says I was successful, I even had to sign the box on-line.

    Then It tells me I should receive the card within 5-7 working days. And the pin should follow. Does this actually mean that I've been accepted or are they taking the p*ss?

    well done sutton

    Well done mate - its 100% guaranteed.... nice one.

    where have you been hiding? :T
    You've got it if it let you sign online agreement mate - just wait for card to arrive.... :D:D

    I hope your right mate. I would of thought Vanquis may of accepted me first, but never mind. I'm really pleased, if it's true. I don't mind even if it's only £100. It's a building process!!

    Fingers crossed!!

    I just haven't been on, been busy doing this and that!

    What's been happening with you any HSBC updates? lol

    Thanks! I really hope so. :j

    I'm not feeling too well, and I need cheering up. :(

    I see Cif purchased an iTouch 8GB for £200 quid.

    I purchased a £64 GB for £287, from Littlewoods in mid December, I used a 20% off code. :o

    Yea, I only have 1 satisfied default on Equifax and it tells. O2 accepted me for an iPhone 3GS 32GB, back in September and I seem to have unlimited amounts of raises with SDG! :rolleyes: Latest limits being £2200 with Empire and £1900 with Littlewoods. :)

    Anything with Experian just seems to decline, tried for an HSBC Account plus late last month. Declined!! I do still have 30 odd searches, so that maybe the problem on there. :mad:
