Grrrr bloody mother, she picked DS up from nursery Wednesday and told me he'd been invited to a party today, she had the invitation and phoned to say he was coming. We got a pressie out and wrapped it and wrote a card. James is excited this morning cos he is gonna wear his "girls dress" (hawaiin shirt) to Daniels party. I get the invitation out of his nursery bag to see where the party is and its for 13th August! One grumpy upset toddler now to deal with for the morning. :mad:

:hello: Hi all been a naughty messy and not posted for a while.:o been trying to get the bloody house sold, soliciters :mad: and then realised I am guilty of the one thing that causes friendships to fail.:o (really busy, post a message later, etc...)
Kids went to their dads on friday:j got stuck on the bloody m25:mad: took me three hours to get home!!!!!! :eek: normaly only takes an hour and half.
Went out last night with friend her oh and Mr 4x4 man had a laugh and a little to much to drink. I felt like a 16 year old again, really nervous.;) end result he came back to mine and we talked for ages!! got to 3 am and I started to panic, why I am not a teenager any more Couldnt drive him home to drunk, taxi would take hours, wasnt sure about having s.e.x. so offered him my sons bed to sleep in.:rotfl: which he did. gave him a lift home this morning going to the pictures next week.:D

Hope all are ok :A enjoying the sunshine and looking forward to the summer break, 9 days and counting.

Morning all. I am VERY hungover today. Went to the pub last night with my neighbour and her friends (now my friends ) and we ended up going clubbing. Didnt get home til nearly 4 and i have to be at folks for a barbecue soon.....

There hasnt been many posts on here recently. I'm hoping that means we are all busy and not too down to post.

I am still really excited about moving. Neighbour thinks its hilarious because i keep telling her to keep the place tidy! She dropped bronzing balls on the carpet last night!!!!!

Anyway, I've had a really busy week which is why i havent posted.

Well Done on the race Kathryn. You should be very proud of yourself. I did a 24 walk last year for Breast Cancer and i'm afraid to say I will never put myself through it again. Raised lots of money but really hurt myself...

Just got off phone to dad and he told me my mum was taken into hospital last night with chest pains. They are running some tests. Going up there now. I hope she's ok she's had 2 heart attacks already and surgery.... cant believe he didnt think to call me

Took her ladyship out for 2 hours. She was scared of the sunny and shady patches on the road. Will try to post a pic I took on the ride. I didn't even stop so it is probably blurred!!
OH has just talked about money!! WooooHooo!! Reality is dawning!! Gosh, I post on the DFW board and support complete strangers and my own husband doesn't ask my advice. I will ask him for a SOA!!!!! No we don't share money. I very clear division was insisted upon by him. Ha ha. That was when he earned more than me!! I wonder if he will wan to change that. I normally pay off his debts though!!!!

Mum is home now. I brought her back from the hospital at about 3. They are almost certain it was a bad angina attack although it could be an MS attack, she just has to go back for some more tests as an outpatient. She looks very tired but glad to be home. Don;t think it helped the the spray she uses for her angina was a year out of date. The paramedic told her she may as well spray water on her tongue.

Apparently it was so bad that dad called an ambulance. Now i know my mum so it must have been agony as she normally just says "oh i'll wait til the morning and the pain might go away".

I'm absolutely shattered now. Can't help but think the stress i have caused my parents in the last 2 months has contributed to this. Early night for me tonight. Sleep well everyone x

Hey CC you must not blame yourself for your mums health. I am sure that at all points you did the thing which you thought was best. Just as I said parents and children do cause us to worry. That is what love is all about. Being without those to care for is much worse though. Love is never easy. You seem to be going forward in your life and that will be a comfort to your parents. Our secretary at work has been ill this year. She has a daughter but it is her friends at work who take her to the hospital and pick her up and visit her. I am sure that your mum feels so lucky to have a daughter like you to go to her immediately and to support her and your dad.

Now this thanks rate. (again this will be edited!!!!) You are on 39%. A decent score. Don't even mention Urbs because she hypnotises everyone with her star to thank her!!!:p I want it as genuine as possible. :rotfl: Just you lot have been mean lately:mad: That is why you are not scoring as highly as you should be!!!!!!!!!Miroslav is not around he always thanks lots. Going 4x4 in August ,camp over, I am going to be his co driver in a punch challenge. co driver has to jump out at the numbered gates and punch a card. That will be flipping knackering.
He said he thought I was a good driver:j cause I listened and did what he said and didnt scream like a girl when driving.:D

It is so good when you start a relationship. He sounds lovely. If I remember rightly, you did scream like a girlie!!!!!!!!!!!But to be told your driving is good by a man means 2 things.1. he appreciates the good things in life (and that means you)2. He isn't so male as to not think a woman may be able to drive. Good bloke.
The house is leaky and damp. I got insurance from Direct Line (recommended by a friend) didn't look if it was the cheapest:eek: but I feel covered for every eventuality. I have even taken out the emergency cover. If the heating blows, friend is right. I cannot afford to fix it.
Oh is still behaving. He even mentioned money today. I was able to put my DFW hat on and advise. He even went and did what I told him to after reminding him that he had to act now not when he felt like it.
The strawberries and cream are calling.

Was on the pier having a beer with a friend before work this afternoon and `it` walked by:eek: I was sooooo :mad: whenever I asked him to go down there got told `its to hot` then there `it` is walking past me in the heat.:mad:
Had to laugh though he clocked my friend and I, so took the long way round so he didnt have to walk past us.:rotfl: Hope his hernia ruptures. ( nasty, nasty Messy, slapped wrist) and his w.illy festures and drops off. Me bitter not at all.:D
