Hi All,

I've just posted a thread in the travel section as I've booked a weekend away in Yorkshire and am looking to meet some fun, easygoing people. It's something I've done a few times now and it always turns out to be such a laugh. It's something I started doing as the friends I had just seemed to have lost their spark and I was craving some laughter and adventure.
Anyway - it's a dead cheap weekend away (non-profit making!) and you'll end up meeting some fab new friends. Take a look at my other post and see what you think - although this one is a late booking so you've not got long to think about it!! Give me a shout if you're interested :-)

Hello everyone, sounds like its been an eventful weekend!!

cc- moving about does get hard... I've lived in 6 places in three years (although thats not quite as many as careful girl! :eek: ). Maybe like messy said a quick move might be better rather than dragging it out?

Sammz- how did the housewarming go?

Messy- your weekend sound far more exciting than mine!!!

At work and hating it... none of the appointments are turning up and its just dire. Its always manic busy or dead quiet, would love to find something that was steady through the day. gah! thats my moan over with for the day anyway

So Sammz you know me do you! Not the first time someone from Freecycle has said Hi. DSs learning support lady said hi from a post mentioning my village, chickens and a plastic bottle greenhouse. Must be only one mad Green chicken lady in my village huh!

Is actually a nice day outside, dry for a change.
Anybody doing anything nice for valentines? I had plans to make stuff, but I don't think I'll get round to it, but hopefully we're going to have a long hot bath with bubbly (cava).

Ah myspace.... set up my page and then only people who i've got on there as 'friends' are actual friends I email a lot of the time anyway!! lol! anyway, if anyone wants to peek and add me as a friend.... my myspace is https://www.myspace.com/looby_lu_lu maybe I'm not using it in the right way... how have you met people on there cc? just been searching for them?

Sammz- lol! yeah changed days. I remember back at uni we didn't even leave halls to go out until 10.30.... now thats an average bedtime for me!!!! not sure if thats a good thing or not!....
