SNOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:snow_grin
woo hoo!!! we have about 5/6 inches here in Worcester although it appears to have stopped now. However, I was still able to get up this morning and build a snowman before work... who cares that I'm an adult! Nothing like snow to cheer you up.... especially when you have a new pair of wellies to keep your toes dry
How is everyone else today?Very excited to be marrying my partner in crime for the last 7 years in September 2012 :jNo longer a midlandsfairy... back living in the sunny south!0 -
Bleugh, I'm not a fan of snow at all! I always seem to fall
Only nice when watching it from a cosy living room.
We have the sun shining here, thinks it's freezing out there though.OD Girls On TourBarcelona 2008 - Dublin 20090 -
Glad to see the smiling is working. I had a lovely chat with someone in the queue at the post office last week and i saw them today in tesco and they actually came up and said hello and asked how i was?! pity they were old enough to be my grandfather lol :rotfl:
things with me are ok. Had a bit of a wobble at the weekend. Just startng to get used to being at mums and they are now putting the house on the market (should sell superfast) and moving to a bungalow.
There will be room for me but i didnt envisage moving AGAIN!!! i just burst into tears until i got myself so worked up i ended up near on hyperventilating  . I just want to be at one adress for more than 6 months.
Have just moved offices too so seems that all ive done in the last few weeks is pack and unpack. I need a few drinks this weekend.
Still not smoking and it doesnt really bother me anymore. I#m scared it mightonce i stop using the patches though.
Doc has just informed me my cholesterol is through the roof and has prescribed sinvostastin... i think thats right... great another tablet to take for the rest of my life

cc - I know what you mean about moving. I did 2 years at one place then 1 year, 6 months, 2 months, 1 year until I finally got rid of boyfriends and bought my own place. I don't plan to move for a very long time!
What are everyone's weekend plans? I'm going to pick up my sister from the station soon, back here for a few drinks then heading in to town to find a cheesy nightclub for a boogieGot a housewarming tomorrow night so I'll be knackered by Sunday!
Have a great time everyone, whatever you are doing.OD Girls On TourBarcelona 2008 - Dublin 20090 -
evening al, how are wwe? been on the alcohol and feeling very fuzzy and slightly queasy. Will regret this later. Had a good night though. Snogged a man
Saw it who went into a shop to avoid me.
How long does it take to forget the ex?
Moved out neasrly a year ago now!! Scuse the spelling alcohol and keyboards do not mix.
He is still the 'it' I love andf the only man I want to have [STRIKE]congegal[/STRIKE] sex rights with. sad bint I know.0 -
Hey Mess you hot chick you!! "It" will fade eventually. You just need someone to push him out of your head. You are a complete star and if you can't meet someone then there is no chance for the rest of us. It just hasn't happened yet.
CC so sorry about the house sale. I know what you mean about about constant moving. I am desperately hoping not to have to move again for a while. I have lived in 8 different houses in the last 10 years. You will manage it though and at least you will have the rest of the famlly to help. Good on you about not smoking.
Had some snow here. 4x4 wouldn't start so was stuck on Thursday and Friday until we got it started.
Take care all of you,

Hi Everyone,
I find it quite hard to make friends as well. Are any of you from Leicester? I'm looking for people to chat to, and hopefully meet up with. People of a similar age, I'm 23. I've been reading your posts, and you all sound like nice people, I think it's just hard to make friends sometimes, I do all the normal things, like go to work, aerobics classes, badminton, but don't see anyone outside of these things. Anyway, hopefully I'll hear from some of you.0 -
Hi all.
House went on the market today. Dont know whether to be hopeful that it sells quickly as it will benefit my parents or secretly hope it doesnt so i dont have to move again. Only plusses for me are that it has a bath.
Off to the local social club now to drown my sorrows.
ps. welcome katkatkat. xLast bet : 26th Oct 2006:j Debt free 25th Feb 2008:j Living "my" dream:T0 -
Thanks cg.
Finally over the hangover from last night. Had fun so it was nearly worth it.
Might be easier if it sells quick cc so your stuff doesnt get spread out so much. Plus having a bath has got to be worth the hassle.
We only had a tiny bit of snow down here, then it turned to rain.
Hi Kat welcome to the rambling thread.
Love all
