By 8.30 started to wonder how I could get away early. :eek:

No change for me. Still with OH. He still has not paid what he owes me and i have had huge money problems over the last month. He just ignores this. He can be sweet at times but has no idea how to show me real love or even slight consideration. A few more ends to tie up and then I will ask him calmly to end the marriage. I am worth more than this.

CC- I totally agree with you, there seems to be a total stigma about talking to other people unless it is a bar/pub/club!! I said hello this morning to a commuter who I see most days and just got a funny look back! lol

We pop in here for a chat and a ramble, not sure to tbh that !!!!!! is the aim of the thread. Lots of virtual friendships and a couple of real ones too have come from this thread though.

Home life is still a bit wierd. Just keep telling myself that this time next year i'll only be a month away from being debt free

Haven't read through the whole thread but get the gist. I also find myself home alone way too often but don't have the social circle to get all that much. I'm not good at meeting one to one but that's what is expected of online friendship/dating sites so just need to work up some courage!

I got asked out for a drink by someone in the street last week I was so embarrassed, both for him and me, I told him I was attached and then hurried back to work ~ work colleagues haven't let me forget it since.....But it does make me think that seizing the moment is always a good thing so long as you're prepared for a negative reaction. If I had been single I definitely would have taken his number
