Morning all..
There's a huge spider on the wall and I swear it is watching me!! Eeeek!!
McL, those shots look excellent, I especially love the first one. I am looking for general "atmosphere" shots at the minute, but if you have any of the lighting effects to illustrate a feature about this, that would be great. Sorry, I have already promised my spare press pass to another photographer friend of mine! Apologies.
cg - best of luck with the move! Put the kettle at the top of a box! OH and I helped a friends girlfriend move at the weekend. Drove a van from St. Andrews to Aberdeen (about 2 hrs each way), packed and carried all her stuff and I cleaned her bathroom. She didn't even offer us a cup of tea!! (or any petrol money for that matter) Not amused.
Hi cantcope. About the radio thing - would they really know the difference if it was a workmate using your name? They prob won't remember what you sound like, or you could just plead illness and shout from the background. Best of luck anyway, I LOOOVE Krispy Kreme ... mmmmmmm......doughnuts .....:D
have a good day everyone, I'm off to do some serious work on my dissertation. Really, I am ..Self-building fund : £4259

Hey all
The second to last move I made we left all the cutlery buried somewhere and had to eat with my DD's dolls cutlery for 3 days.........
Last time I took a flask of tea and coffee and plenty of cold drinks.
I lived in deepest darkest Wales with only the sheep for company and loved sleeping with the curtains openIt took me ages to get used to living in a town though.
There was a spider on my desk at work last week, it was ok so long as I didn't move too much, but then when my boss came over and wanted me to do more ~ I made him get rid of it~ he squashed it...
I adore coffee and walnut cake
Hopefully off to Chester with Urbs this week ~ Can't wait
Hugs,

ooh what a quiet evening it is here. I was expecting to come on and read at least 3 pages, but no, the one started today is still the only one. Hey, who am I to talk I haven't been on since early afternoon.
Went out to visit one of my pharmacies, popped into a secondhand store on the way home and got some lovely mohair wool. So what have a been doing all night.....that's it attempting to knit.
Wish I had your skill Twink. I can only knit, can't do anything other than knit while knitting. Even find it hard to keep up a conversation while knitting.
Decided that many of my Xmas presents this year would be HM. So am attempting to make a beanie hat. I'll post a picture of my attempt (probably a week from now).
Funny thing just happened. Sitting in bed with laptop typing, when.....floor board squeek. There is someone in the room with me....................I look up, expecting to see
one of our cats Thomas or Chirpy
But NO!!!!!! I find a cute young grey and white cat sniffing around the room. It's apparently unaware that I'm sitting here.
"Hello" I say......no longer do I have a strange cat in my room
