Im not sure about that cos since april this year i havent recieved a paper bill from orange and my contract was taken out last year (oct)0 -
Can you get this on PAYG as well or just contract?0

Isn't the summary page the one showing the amount of minutes and texts used? Or are they just going to give the first page (showing the total only) from now on?0

thats what we've been told, on upgrade sheets it gives the new t+cs for people to sign into :S hmmm thats a bit crapYes Your Dukeiness0 -
I've just phoned orange and like many people I was hoping to cancel my contract early due to this unsolicited change to the t+c's of my contract. I didn't press them too much but was told that this change will apply to all contract customers (old and new), therefore I cancelled the intemised billing just now and won't be charged for it next month. Like many of you I'm p***ed off with orange in many ways and this is just the latest in a long line of disappointments and cons from them. Roll on the next six months until my contract expires.:(0

To cancel the itemised billing, just text the word BILL to 2018, or call Orange Customer Services on 150 from your phone within the next 10 days.In a rut? Can't get out? Don't know why?
It's time to make that change.

Yes I have just received this, there does not seem to be an obvious option to obtain the free bill on the 150 menu (or at least a confusing one with different terms such as statement) or a chance to speak to an operator, so I just typed a text with the word BILL to 2018 and got back a confirmation.
It's a dirty trick though, they know most people won't be bothered to battle through the menu or text, it should be illegal to change anything by default.0
