My gold was received at 8.00am and the money was in my bank by 3.00pm.
I dont think you could better this, unless of course you sold in a buy my gold shop, but then you would not get a true price for your gold.
I got more than I expected , and it does what it says on its web site.
Can not praise highly enough, Simply The Best

Please feel free to press the spam button on this post. In fact i would encourage it. The item doesnt actually belong to me. Neither is it moneysaving. However, it just might get the mods attention.

Two new spammers......makes me feel better by reporting them. I think they set it as five or something and it puts the post into a holding pen for review.

I was a mod on a VB site, and they can see the IP addresses of posts....wonder if they can be bothered here.

This is not my first post and this is not spam.
My wife sent off 16 grams of 9ct gold yesterday at 4pm to Hatton by Royal Mail Special Delivery and today 20 hours later the money is in the bank (£188). I was dubious about all the first time posters but there is a link to this thread on the confirmation Email that leads here and it is this link that I used.
So before clicking the Spam button, give a thought to those people that are just reporting their own experience.
This has been our experience, you either choose to believe or you don't.:j

Maybe the spamming will stop if "whoever is doing the spamming" see that people are dubious about using HGM because of all the first time posters.

Just because HGM asks its customers to comment on their experience, that does not make the individual comments into spam.

How about doing something useful, like worrying about the fraud in the system?

I posted my gold off on Saturday (special delivery) and was told it would be sent on Monday (yesterday). I received an email today (Tuesday) telling me how much I was being paid (more than original quote) and the money is already in my account. I can't fault this service. It was easy to follow and incredibly fast. I used Hatton Garden Metals as a direct result of the recommendation on the MSE site. I can't thank you enough! I'm now £435.77 better off for a small amount (5.1gms 18ct and 24.8gms of 9ct) of gold jewellery I didn't even wear! How great is that!

I dont post here often enough and I actually looked out some gold after reading this thread lol. Im afraid I cant fault this service. I sent off a broken watch yesterday and Im now £104 richer which will go towards my holiday. The watch had been sitting for 13 years doing nothing:beer:. Anyway off to scan the other boards.

The Hatton Garden Metals website was so easy to use. I estimated the weight of my jewellery and sent it special delivery on the day. I received emails from Hatton Garden Metals informing me of the status and the next day got an email saying how much had been paid into my bank account, which was more than what had been calculated the previous day. It was cleared in my bank account by 1pm that day. This is such a super, fast, efficient service and great for getting rid of any unwanted jewellery to raise cash. I would definitely use them again and would recommend to others.

I had a valuation of an unwanted necklace from my trusted local jeweller. I then tried Hatton Garden Metals as a result of reading this thread. Followed the instructions and received MORE than I was quoted on the website - £160 more than the jeweller offered - and the money was in my bank within hours. So many horror stories about other sites but I can vouch for this one.:T
