I found HGM through this site and was amazed at the service,
From posting my scrap gold yesterday at 4pm the money was in my account less than 24 hours later and only 90p short of the quote.

Used this in 2011 and again yesterday.* I'm glad to see it's a recommended site on MSE as it is honest, reliable, best price and super-fast for payment. I highly recommend HGM and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

*Posted my scrap gold p.m. yesterday and the money is in my bank account already. Almost spot on the quote (except a non gold watch spring).

Used Hatton Garden Metals after seeing their recommendation on this website. It was an easy service to use and calculated the amount so you know how much you are going to receive. I was really impressed with their honesty as my scales weren't accurate which I informed them about as I was unsure of the exact weights of my broken gold. Pleased with their offer but more important to me was their honesty. It took 24 hours from sending the jewellery to the payment in the bank. Very impressed with this company would highly recommend them.

the chain and pendant added were non gold the rolled gold ring is non gold and a small chain submitted as gold was also non gold

They upgraded some of my ratings to a purer more expensive grade which increased my confidence.

Very fast, very fair. Taking postage into account still made £35 more than offer from local jeweller.

Very happy with this service. I sent it by Special Delivery yesterday 12 December 2016 money sent to my account by midday today. Excellent.

I sent a gold bracelet to Hatton Garden Metals using their online site was qouted a price for my item printed a letter sent to me by email to include with my bracelet sent off by special delivery next day was able to track delivery on their site within a few hours decision on payment was made and money was transfered to my bank account amount as qouted no hassle would definitely use again price given was 50% more than local jewellers. :money:

What excellent service, cannot praise enough. Thank you very much. Incidentally local jeweller offered £800 a few days earlier.

I've never sent my jewelery away by post and was very nervous. I'd been to some local jewellers but was offered £70 less than HGM . So after reading reviews I'd thought I'd just send it. Sent off yesterday special delivery at 4.50pm and money was in my bank the next day. £4 less than what I was quoted online so assumed my scales were slightly out. So impressed would use again and recommend to anyone . Thanks HGM x

Brilliant service, got over £100 more for 78g of 9ct Gold. Easy to use, weighed in at 77.4g and paid direct into my bank the same day as received.
