    handed it to an advisor at the jcp.

    This is an option, though check as not all LA's will accept them.

    You can get all of your bank statements for £10 total by submitting a Subject Access Request.

    If it is going to cost you I would wait until you know for sure that you need them.

    If they owe you money prior to the claim being suspended this should still be payable.

    You should move back to Nottingham, much friendlier!

    If you can't get any joy with the LA, I would contact your MP. You are entitled to your entitlement prior to the benefit suspension now, not when they have assessed the rest of your claim.
