nope you didnt offend me in the slightest, if im honest i just jumped straight in to reply.

    thanks for trying to help.

also i have read on the internet that i can appeal with a letter, instead of a form, do you have any idea of what to add in my letter

You need to detail what you disagree with and why.

It would be a good idea to get a copy of the Doctors report so you can do this.

It maybe a good idea to get your appeal in whilst you wait for the report and then send the details later when you receive the report as you only have one month to lodge the appeal.

so if i say im appealing due to not sending in an esa 50 and them ticking that thats how they made the decision

and ask them to send me all relevent information for my appeal, then write a detailed letter about my appeal??

    does that sound about right

No you are appealing because you disagree with the results of the medical.

Yes you should send a detailed submission when you have the medical report.
