So Ben, if you want these 'nay sayers' to be quiet and stay out of it - perhaps a more pragmatic and productive process could be engaged, beginning with your responding to emails.

Whilst I admire your optimism I do not share it. I could cure the sick and raise the dead and 2 or 3 users would still claim I was doing it wrong, or for nefarious reasons.

I have replied to your email,

    Regards

I am the official company representative of Mobiles.co.uk. MSE has given permission for me to post in response to queries about the company, so that I can help solve issues. You can see my name on the companies with permission to post list. I am not allowed to tout for business at all. If you believe I am please report it to forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com This does NOT imply any form of approval of my company or its products by MSE"

Give up on emails - you need to get all this down in hard copy in case the matter escalates, and you need !!!!!! of your actions.

Write to them regarding your cancellation, stating the calendar of events so far and request their confirmation they will take the action you want and send it to them by recorded delivery.

    Silk,

Personally identifying people is against the forum rules, please edit your post so I do not have to bother an MSE moderator (again).
Ah yes sorry Ben I forgot you don't like to use your name on here do you, although it's not surprising realy is it ;)
So you will no doubt be releived to see I have edited the post for you.

I'm surprised how selective your memory can be considering the occasions when you couldn't remember who I was or what it was about and yes it was my partner you are correct however if you also remember it was passed over to me to deal with because the company was not responding to her ;)
As for being obsessed you could be right although I will admit to having a strong vested interest in your company at the moment.
As for yourself it is my intention to clear the smoke and remove the mirrors from you posts because it's in the interests of fellow members on here to realise the pitfalls of falling into the traps that we and others on here have done in the past.

It's obvious that it's damage limitation by your presence and posts here and elsewhere on the WWW it's not a case of thinking it because your posts and actions just enhance the fact.
The facts speak for themselves I'm afraid Ben and the sooner you realise that the better

    I don't share it either Ben !
You have been given many many chances to solve problems on this forum and 99% of the time you have failed to do so.
The thread where I became involved with your company and you specificaly is testament to that
    http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=1848579

(It's a very long and probably boring thread to most people)
It is well documented example of your company with your broken promises, excuses, lies and inability to solve problems.

    Good point Quentin,
When the fiasco happened to me I had faxed hard copy details of my cancellation to O2.
Ben kept promising that the contract had been cancelled but they never did ...later on when I received the bill from O2 because mobiles.co.uk had not cancelled I was able to refer them to the Fax and the account was cleared within 2 minutes of contacting O2 and confirmation received in writing from O2 within a couple of days.
I was very impressed by O2's help in this matter ;)

Personally identifying people is against the forum rules....

This enforcement of the site rules would be fine, were it not for this so called company rep's scant regard for the forum rules on etiquette.

He was happy to call me a "liar", (though never responded to my polite requests to substantiate such an outrageous statement), dealt out false accusations of rudeness at me, and posted derogatory (and unneccessarily inflammatory) comments about me (and another poster):

But I suppose we do at least get an insight into the standards set by the company for how they are to be perceived by both customers/prospective customers visiting these threads.

If you want to abuse MSE's hospitality to pursue your vendetta then go for it, but I'd rather respect the rules.

Is there a single post I can make that you won't try to use to abuse me? Can you see how actually you're nothing more than an obstacle to those who would like or need my help? This is a recurring theme from OPs who are simply looking for answers, including this one. Maybe you should consider finding a new hobby?

I can never understand why you don't want to put your name to anything Ben other than embarresment of course.
The information is freely available on the net as I have shown and whilst you may wish to carry on hiding and not putting your name to anything on here the situation will continue.

You seem to miss the point of my posts because they are intended to point out to other members who do not know the track record of you and your company.
All I do is give people the facts and show them the posts you make ! the rest is down to you.
The situation is one that you and your company have brought on yourselves by your attitude and lack of ability so it would seem as long as that continues the situation is not going to improve.
I've seen your posts on other forums about you complaining about MSE members and passing the blame onto others yet again.
Trying to pass the blame for your lack of ability doesn't wash on here I'm afraid. It's results that count as far as a Company Rep goes which is what at the end of the day earns them respect and praise.

Which other forums does he visit? Maybe their members would benefit from hearing some things and getting some links to get a more balanced view!

    Hi Quentin,
Quite a few HDUK AV Overclockers etc etc when I get some more time I will post a few links but this one would be an example of the type of thing I was talking about .....http://forums.overclockers.co.uk/showthread.php?p=14985790
