LOL funny he doesnt actually provide an address. I was thinking of getting the hd2 through mobiles once my three contract finished but i will definately not now looking at the horror stories and how blatently offputting the whole experience seems. And it's the fact you even try and appear helpful but actually are of no help at all0

Hi Ben,
No, the parcel isn't in my possession and was unsuccessful in its delivery attempt. You can therefore recall with with the carrier, since you were unable to halt its despatch. This will avoid my needing a 'returns number' at all and will ease the process for you and me.
I have emailed the carrier tracking number (as quoted in the despatch email) to me, to your office. You can now locate the package with the handling carrier and request it is returned. I am sure he can apply any internal 'coding' for the parcel for you to ease its transition.
Until this parcel is received by me and signed for, it remains undelivered, so I expect to receive no payment demands in this matter.
Thanks for checking up on this. You might want to clarify the procedure for returns in their entirety on this thread, as it would appear very vague at this point and could help others in future.
Regards

If I were you I wouldn't assume this outfit won't charge - contact the dealer. Since you don't have the new mobile number for the contract you will need to explain and ask them to check via your address. Hope it isn't Vodafone - they're as bad as this dealer (though at least their reps on here actually do more than play lip service). Orange seem to be well aware of Mobiles'co.uk's practices so hopefully it's with them!0

The goods come from the warehouse which belongs to the parent company CPW ...if you think about it the goods would have to come from them rather than Orange etc otherwise how would the paperwork etc be included in the packagingIt's not just about the money0 -
Good point MJ. It also applies to O2 as they were very helpfull and were fully aware of their practices
Orange and O2 are just fine with our company, thanks. Please stop making wild assumptions. MJ, you too - "Orange are well aware of their practices" is just meaningless bile you are using to try and harm our company as you actually have zero knowledge about the industry other than hearsay and your own warped perceptions. You're what the Americans call an "armchair quarterback".
I'm tired of arguing with both of you and trying to engage you in useful discussion, you won't even share the details of your "evidence" (is it in a dossier?) even though this would help us, you and your "friends" so as far as I'm concerned you are nothing more than a bully.
I'd love to be able to help customers and other people with questions about the mobile phone business but MSE just isn't the place to do it, due entirely to your bizzarre vendettas against our business.
MJ, what you don't know about the redemption cashback business model scares me when I see people hanging off your every word.
Good luck, and enjoy the forums. Any future posting will be scarce and to the point, where someone asks directly about us.

Hi Mobiles.co.uk Rep,
To avoid further arguments on the board, please message me directly, as I am unable to message you to initiate a dialogue.
Many thanks,

No good waiting for a pm from this rep.
Unlike the other company reps who are permitted to post here to help out their customers, this outfit have chosen not to let their rep deal with pms.
(Maybe some "revenge" on MSE who block their website so that it cannot be spammed on here)?
Who knows what their motives are in having a reps account here!

Email ben at mobiles? I've disabled PM here as sometimes I can't check them for a few days and that's not great.
