Ok, I'm wound up again! How come I phoned just before 9am yesterday and I got the 'no stock message' but NickA is told in the afternoon he'll get a printer delivered on the 18th?

On the phone as I type......waiting to get put through to correct department. Waiting.........and waiting............and.......

Just received a call from Sheila. Printer is being delivered on Monday 21st.
She said she wasn't sure if the databar will be collected at the same time as they have to have the relevant paperwork and a return number to quote to get the refund.
It's definitely the HP 7260 that's being delivered.

Ok...happy now! I've breathed deep breaths lol.

New stock came in yesterday after I'd phoned. Lady has arranged for printer delivery on Monday and uplift of usb bar for Tuesday. (Don't ask me....mine is not to reason why.......)

Does anyone know what these printers are like? And they're not the sort that fit through the letter box are they?

I just called and got through straight away. Wanted to organise a different delivery day (Friday as I am off work) but they only deliver these on the Monday. Have arranged for the 28th (which I thought was a Friday but is a Monday - otherwise would have said this Monday was fine), but she said they will put a note through the door and I can collect it from post office or near.

Also I asked about the databar (no one ever in to give it to them). They said I could take it to local index for a full refund. There should be no problems there.

Doreen (the woman I spoke to) said she is having nightmares with this whole thing! Have to feel for the staff really - not their fault someone messed the site up!!

Knew it would be sorted by end of Feb
