well call me pesamistic but they have now sent out printers (i presume they are the HP ones) every one else will now probably get the suitable alternative they did say untill stocks last
i may be wrong (i hope i am) but well see

The first letter of my surname is O so I doubt its alphabetical.

I rang customer services and they gave me a number to call to arrange the swap of my USB memory thingies for printers, I advise you to do the same.

i did phone customer services today and they informed me the query had been closed when she looked into it it seemed that this had been fully dealt with. she would'nt give me any number to call and told me the query was now reopened and that someone would be in touch
i'm sure i've heard this before so i sugest that if you are waiting for a printer then you phone index A.S.A.P or your query could also remain closed 0.

just phoned index, when will i be able to speak to someone who knows what is going on! all they could say was "you will receive an email within the next 48hrs"

yeah and i bet i know what that is going to say "get lost" in polite terms

i rang a sunderland no. they said it was the wrong dept (it wasnt the wrong dept a couple of weeks ago hmmm) and gave me this one

well i phoned them on the customer service number the other day and as stated in a previous post my order was complete i have just this minute got off the phone too jeannette at online customer service and arranged for my collection of my usb thing and the delivery of a HP photosmart 7260 printer
looks like i have come good but for everybody who is still getting the runaround then i suggest you phone the customer service number

Unbelievable! After seeing these posts earlier this evening I phoned the above number as well as another ending in 4444 and was told they had no idea about the situation and I had to write to Head Office again.

Will be on the phone first thing tomorrow to Head Office and back to TS if need be.

And there was I advocating reason and patience! Ha! Out the flaming window now!
