I finally got an e mail telling me to phone them on friday, they have arranged to deliver two printers on tuesday this week and were going to collect the data bars but i asked if i could return them to an index shop for a refund and they said no problem, i did this on saturday and they refunded the cost to my credit card.

I am a bit confused about the refund. Having paid £23.** with p+p and receiving a USB memory stick (databar) when we get the printer do we take the USB stick back to Index and basically get a refund therefore get the printer for nothing!!

In my case they took my card details over the phone to recharge the £19.99 per printer, i then got a refund for the databars from Index.

but no black cartridge just a tri coulour one and photo is this standard
and does anyone no of a website to get a cheap one from

I got 2 cartriges but no black I beleive. Not sure where to get them cheap(try Sainsburys as someone mentioned their local store har 90% off).
