Got mine yesterday too. Forgot to mention it, but it was in the recycle bin :rolleyes: lol, but at least it was there

My wife arrived home at 4:15 today to find a card through the door saying "2 packages by side of house" but she couldn't find them - PANIC!!
However on closer checking she found they had been thrown over a 6ft fence into a passage down the other side of the house and were lying in the slush. If they are damaged then Index are going to have to pay to collect and replace them 'cos I'm not best pleased with their choice of courier.:mad:

UPDATE - both packages had big tears in the plastic envelopes and were wet from the snow. Both boxes have holes bashed in them, but the contents seem OK. Not opened them yet to check them out though.

Eventualy got a reply to my various e mails, a phone call to say they had not received my offer letter back. Got to copy original and resend !

just out of curiosity am i right in thinking there is no usb in the box as there was none in mine so i am just double checking

phone them up and quote 340 they know that is the no. to be quoted when querying about the printer

I've just phoned to get a refund for the databar and the lady I spoke to said they still have a few more of the printers to send out and then she'll be able to sleep at night without dreaming of printers and databars.

i got the 2 printers i originally ordered one for me one for my brother in law i installed mine to my pc and guess what..... the red light keeps flashing thyen it switches off saying your printer is not connected so i connected the one i have for my brother in law and it works fine
i have been onto index telling them , they are going to send another one out.....

i hope i dont get another data bar!!!!!!!!!!
