the department dealing with this matter.

Just off the phone to a lovely lady who looked into matter and phoned me back (within 5 minutes of saying she would do so).

Index are just waiting for more stock to arrive so that they can send out.

As long as we got the letter, we will get the printer. So I'm now going to ignore you lot 'cos you just wind me up, lol!

Glad some of you have them already, though.

I don't believe these people at Index.Have just spent over an hour on the phone being passed from pillar to post and not one person could help me.In fact,none of the people (Apart from the last person I just spoke to!!!) knew anything about the printers and after me telling them that they should have been £100 and were reduced to £20 all proceeded to tell me "Oh,you won't be getting them at that price!!!"
I think I know better....
Am now waiting on a manager from the E-Commerce team to call me back and let me know what's going on??
They'd better be quick cos I really am starting to lose my patience now especially after having to call FOUR numbers in total!!!!

Right,just off the phone and they now confirm that they will deliver my printer on the 18th Feb

Thank you for returning the signed copy of our letter. Please call 0845 075 2233 quoting reference*** and our Customer Service advisors will make the necessary arrangements for you.

To ensure you receive your goods as quickly as possible, we will arrange dispatch when you contact us. To do this we will need to charge you £19.99 in respect of each printer, so please have your payment details ready. At the same time, we will arrange to collect the Memory Sticks. On collection you will be given a receipt, if you then give us a call with the receipt number
we will refund you £19.99 in respect of each one.

has anyone got any names and extension numbers so i can speak to a person who might know what is going on i got a letter this morning saying "i have tried to contact you without success please ring this no. 0870 2644444 "and when i do that its just the normal idiot who hasnt got a clue she even hung up on me!!!!!! b***h :mad:

That's the number that was in the email I received this morning. They tried to put me through but the line was busy so they took my number and someone will ring me back.
The lady I spoke to did know about the printer problem and she was very friendly.

and quoted the reference number like they
said guess what the guy on the other end
said i am unable to deal with your query at
this time give me your name and tel No and
someone will get back to you sometime today
